Instructions & Biomechanical Cues

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, positioning a barbell over the midline of your feet. Your shins should be close to the bar. 2. Bend at your hips and knees to lower your body, gripping the barbell with both hands just outside your knees. Keep your back straight and chest up. 3. Engage your core and push through your heels as you lift the barbell, extending your hips and knees simultaneously. 4. Stand tall at the top, fully extending your hips and shoulders, while keeping the barbell close to your body. 5. Lower the barbell back to the ground by pushing your hips back first, maintaining a flat back until the bar reaches the floor, and then reset for the next repetition.",
