Instructions & Biomechanical Cues
1. Start in a half-kneeling position with one knee on the ground and the opposite foot flat on the floor, positioned slightly forward. 2. Engage your core and prepare to jump laterally by shifting your weight to your front foot. 3. Explode upward and to the side, jumping laterally as far as you can while maintaining control. 4. Land softly on your feet, stabilizing your balance in the landing position with your knees slightly bent. 5. Hold the stabilized position for a moment, then return to the starting half-kneeling position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.",
