Instructions & Biomechanical Cues
1. Start standing with your feet hip-width apart and arms extended to the sides at shoulder height for balance. 2. Step forward with your right leg into a lunge, lowering your body until your front knee is bent at a 90-degree angle. 3. As you lunge, rotate your torso to the left, reaching your left hand toward the ground and your right arm upward, creating a ""helicopter"" effect. 4. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, reversing the rotation to face forward. 5. Repeat the movement on the opposite side, stepping forward with your left leg and rotating to the right, and continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.",
