Instructions & Biomechanical Cues

1. Stand a few feet in front of a bench or elevated surface, holding a barbell across your upper back with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width. 2. Place one foot behind you on the bench, ensuring your other foot is positioned forward, ready to support your weight. 3. Lower your body into a squat by bending your front knee, keeping your chest up and back straight. Your back knee should drop toward the ground. 4. Keep your front knee aligned over your ankle and go as low as comfortable, feeling a stretch in your hip and quad. 5. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.",
