Instructions & Biomechanical Cues
Start standing up tall with a DB in your right hand with your arm extended by your side and palm facing inward. Keep your left hand up behind your head or on your left hip. Begin the motion by flexing the right side body and creating length in your left side. Avoid shifting weight too much and keep the weight even between your feet. Once your left side body is stretch, crunch your left obliques to bring you back up to your starting position.",
