Instructions & Biomechanical Cues

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell in front of your thighs with both hands, using an overhand grip. 2. Shift your weight onto one leg and slightly bend that knee, lifting the other leg behind you as you hinge at the hips. 3. Lower the barbell toward the ground while keeping your back straight and your standing leg slightly bent, extending the raised leg behind you for balance. 4. Once you feel a stretch in your hamstring, push through the heel of your standing leg to return to the starting position, bringing the barbell back to your thighs. 5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions on one leg, then switch to the other leg. Maintain control and balance throughout the movement.",
