Instructions & Biomechanical Cues
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a weight or medicine ball with both hands above one shoulder. 2. Engage your core and rotate your torso as you lower the weight down and across your body towards your opposite hip. 3. Maintain a slight bend in your knees and keep your back straight as you perform the movement. 4. Return to the starting position by reversing the motion, bringing the weight back up to the starting position above your shoulder. 5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides to work the opposite direction.",
